About Me

Ari’el is a proud Jewish-American performer. He was born in Seattle and grew up in Wichita, KS. Currently, Ari’el is an Oklahoma based actor, singer, dancer, but he is planning to make the move to New York in August. He is a recent graduate of the Weitzenhoffer School Of Musical Theatre at the University of Oklahoma, and is so excited for the next chapter of his life!

Ari’el’s journey of becoming a performer began when he was three years old. He was obsessed with the power rangers and was convinced he was going to be one, so his mom put him in taekwondo classes. After a few years, one of his instructors informed him that if he took a year off of fighting and took ballet, his path to power ranger status would arrive in no time. Of course he agreed. When he moved to Wichita in 2009, Ari’el immediately began taking dance classes. Through dance, he discovered musical theatre. His first shining moment was in Fiddler on the Roof at MTWichita in 2012. From this, he met Wayne Bryan and cannot thank him enough for truly instilling the love and joy of musical theatre he has in him today.

Ari’el has other passions outside of theatre of course. He loves rock climbing with his friends, playing his guitars and piano, writing music, going on walks in nature, playing video games, and hanging out with his two super cool siblings, Ze’ev and Hadasa.
